由中国通信学会主办，《中国通信》杂志承办，北京邮电大学和北京航空航天大学共同协办的“2013通信安全大会” 拟于2013年11月13-15日在北京召开，会议以专题报告、学术讲座、论文交流与研讨为主要形式，就通信信息安全领域及其相关领域发展前沿热点、最新研究进展、面临的挑战问题和发展趋势，进行深入、广泛、自由的学术交流。

2013通信安全大会欢迎来自学术、政府和行业各界的优秀论文，论文为未公开发表且未向学术刊物和其它学术会议投稿的最新研究成果，文稿需要英文书写。每篇录用论文只少有一位作者需要到会议现场，并分享报告。
